But what is preventing their 'natural born' U.S. citizen children from returning in twenty years -- after having been raised and educated by foreigners, in a foreign country, under the authority of a foreign government -- and asserting their natural born United States citizenship status, and all the priveleges and immunities thereof? We may hope that by that time we will have corrected the Constitutional problem that that at present makes that possible. That needs fixing badly!
